Shortly after its founding, the company shifted from residential to commercial construction, expanding throughout west Tennessee, Arkansas, and western Kentucky. In 2004, under new ownership, MSB Construction experienced rapid growth across Tennessee and neighboring states. Today, the company is licensed to build unlimited commercial projects in Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Missouri, Kentucky, and Illinois. Most new projects come through word-of-mouth referrals from our valued past and current clients, reflecting our unwavering focus on customer satisfaction in everything we do.
